Rector (Part-Time)
Grace Church seeks a Rector whose gifts and skills include:
- Spiritual leadership and teaching
- Encouraging spiritual growth and development of the parishioners
- Administrative organization abilities
- Support and guidance in cultivating financial stewardship and effective budgeting
- Support in planning for ongoing care of our historic church building
- Leadership in helping the parish’s outreach efforts including the Grace’s Table food ministry but also
General outreach to gain new and more diverse and age-diverse members - Support of the parish’s fundraising/outreach community events, dinners, sales, etc.
- Guidance when divisive issues arise and assistance in reconciling conflict when it arises as in the 2024 election cycle’s effects on the parish.
